In response to Green Building Week 2023, the Ministry of Construction hosted the Conference themed: “Policies and Solutions To Promote Green Building Development”. Joining the site visit, the participants were shared about the evaluation system of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design - certified American standard for green buildings) and got a site tour at Capital Place to learn more about the operation and management of the first LEED Gold Certificated building in Hanoi. The operation in compliance with LEED standards helps Capital Place save up to 20% of indoor water usage and 13% of electricity consumption.

Capital Place, the first international Grade A modern office development located on 29 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi, will be open for lease in the third quarter of 2019. The structure is expected to set new standards for offices in the city, thanks to its high-standard development design, efficiency, scale, services and technologies in use.

Capital Place, Hanoi’s newest integrated office development will be open for leasing starting in the third quarter of this year and will be open in 2020. The project, which is developed by CapitaLand and Mitsubishi Estate, will be one of Hanoi’s largest integrated retail and office complexes covering 121,000 square meters of space across two towers. Savills Vietnam has been appointed the lead leasing agent and marketing agent and will be responsible for day-to-day operations.

Capital Place, Hanoi’s first international Grade A office development, will be completed in the third quarter of 2020. Located in the commercial district of Ba Dinh district, Capital Place is an upcoming international Grade A office complex that will set new standards for offices in the capital in terms of development design, efficiency, scale, services, and technology.
